-Don’t require a log in at the beginning of the checkout process. It drives away potential customers.
-Buffer allows you to queue up Twitter and Facebook updates.
-Learn a scripting language so you access APIs and automate tasks.
-Learn to delegate less important tasks. Elance is a good tool for this.
